We’re chasing a hands-on Operations Manager who can lead from the front and keep a fast-moving service business running like clockwork.

What You’ll Do:

•  Lead and motivate a skilled operations team across on site
•  Keep schedules, jobs, and workflows running smooth and on time.
•  Streamline systems, lift performance, and drive accountability.
•  Manage budgets, reporting, and operational targets.
•  Build solid relationships with crews, clients, and suppliers.

What You Bring:

•  Proven experience running operations in a service or trades-based business.
•  Strong people leadership, problem-solving skills and a history of managing high volumes of jobs
•  A hands-on approach — you know the floor as well as the plan.
•  A knack for improving systems and keeping standards high.
