Sirius Technology is working with a leading consulting organisation on an upcoming public sector Salesforce programme, with a project start date as early as 2 February. This is a contract opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Public Sector Cloud and OmniStudio exposure, supporting a high-profile PSS implementation.

This role will suit a hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst who is comfortable operating in complex public sector environments. You will play a key role in translating business needs into delivery-ready user stories, guiding stakeholders through requirements definition, and supporting build teams across the full delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Run client workshops to gather, refine, and validate business requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear, well-structured user stories
• Guide customers on defining acceptance criteria that are build- and test-ready
• Support the build team by answering story-level and functional questions
• Demonstrate Salesforce Public Sector Solutions to stakeholders
• Create Level 1–3 process maps, particularly around case management

Skills

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst within the public sector
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Cloud
• Business process expertise in Case Management within the PSS industry
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
