Die Cast Operator, Production Operative & Supervisor – Temp to Perm | Roselands, NSW

We are seeking experienced candidates for Die Cast Operator, Production Operative, and Supervisor roles in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment. These are temp to perm opportunities offering long-term stability for the right candidates.


Key Responsibilities – Die Cast / Production Operators:

• Set up and operate die casting machines
• Monitor machines and furnaces for safe and efficient operation
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Cutting, dressing, and grinding castings to prepare for dispatch
• Inspect finished products or castings to ensure they meet specifications
• Handle materials and support machine operators
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workshop
• Support packing, dispatch, and inventory tasks as required
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet output targets
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures

Key Responsibilities – Supervisors:

• Oversee daily production activities and team performance
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are maintained
• Support and mentor production staff
• Coordinate workflow and troubleshoot operational issues
• Liaise with management on production targets and team performance

About You:

• Previous experience in die casting, metal work, foundry operations, or production supervision
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
• Supervisors must have proven leadership experience and strong communication skills
• Strong focus on workplace safety
