Position: Afternoon Shift Mon- Thurs, 11am-7pm
Overtime: Available

Alongside urgent repairs, managing preventative maintenance, coordinating contractors, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.

- Full-time permanent role, Afternoon Shift
- Immediate start available (Mon-Thurs)
- Overtime available
Reporting to the Technical Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop preventative maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Problem solving, fault finding and display initiative in identifying solutions and resolving issues.
- Monitor equipment inventory and spares and place orders when needed.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance and repairs.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities and efficiency.
What You’ll Need:
- Have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems within food manufacturing facilities that involve high-speed automation.
- Support a team-oriented work environment.
- Demonstrate a reliable and proactive approach to work.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to overcome challenges and improve processes.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as reporting and budgeting.
