Position: Logistics & Warehouse Assistant
Hours: 9am - 5pm (Mon-Fri)
Contract: Permanent Posistion 

We are seeking a permanent Logistics & Warehouse Assistant to support our fast-paced and customer-focused logistics department. This role will be the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital part in the smooth coordination of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and timely deliveries.

• Competitive rate $60,000-$75,000 plus super depending on experience
• Full-time permanent role, Day Shift
• Immediate start available 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct functional testing on devices to ensure they are operating correctly
• Prepare and pack devices accurately in line with installation packing lists
• Deliver equipment for installations, training sessions, and demonstrations as required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
• Support the setup and pack-down (bump in/out) of conferences and events
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control as needed
• Provide logistical support for industry events, including equipment transport and setup

What You’ll Need:

• Excellent coordination and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and support team efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with inventory management is highly regarded
• Familiarity with the waste management or environmental services industry is advantageous, though not essential
• Proficient in Office 365 and similar software tools
• Able to work well under pressure, effectively multitask, and demonstrate st:rong problem-solving abilities
• A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• A valid Australian driver’s licence is essential, along with the ability to drive a manual van for deliveries. If you’re not experienced with manual vehicles but are willing to learn, still happy to accommodate
