LO / LF Forklift Operator – Dandenong South, VIC 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Role (Not Seasonal)

We’re seeking an experienced LO/LF Forklift Operator to join a leading industrial hardware distributor in Dandenong South. This is a long-term, ongoing position with consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and strong job security.

About the Role Working within a fast-paced and safety-focused warehouse, you’ll be operating Crown high reach (joystick) and Crown LO machines, with stock replenishment as your main responsibility. This role involves heavy lifting, accurate stock movement, and safe operation of both LO and LF equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate LO order picker and LF counterbalance forklifts
  
  
• Operate Crown joystick high reach forklifts
  
  
• Complete daily stock replenishment tasks
  
  
• Use RF scanners to manage stock accurately
  
  
• Perform manual handling tasks up to 30kg+
  
  
• Maintain high pick accuracy (daily bonus available)
  
  
• Support general warehouse duties and housekeeping
  
  
• Work safely and contribute to a positive warehouse environment
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Valid LO and LF licences
  
  
• High reach experience (Crown joystick essential)
  
  
• Experience operating Crown LO order picker machines
  
  
• Strong physical fitness for regular lifting of 30kg+
  
  
• RF scanning experience
  
  
• Full Australian working rights
  
  
• Safety-focused, reliable, and ready to start ASAP
  
  
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays
  
  

Role Details Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
