Key responsibilities:

• Provide second-line support across servers, networks, and cloud platforms
• Work hands-on with Microsoft Azure — particularly Virtual Machines and Virtual Networks
• Assist with light security operations — alerts, investigations, password resets
• Contribute across IT functions — from device builds to documentation
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external clients
  
  

About you:

• Experience in a pure second-line support role
• Skilled in deploying and managing Azure Virtual Machines and Virtual Networks
• Windows expertise; Linux exposure a bonus
• Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset
• Interest in security operations and continuous learning
• Comfortable working independently and thinking critically

• Initial technical interview via Teams (30–60 mins)
