About the Role
Seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a large enterprise transformation program within a leading financial services organisation, part of a multidisciplinary technology team responsible for delivering business and regulatory change.
This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to work across multiple workstreams, engage with senior stakeholders, and mentor BA team members.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end business analysis activities
- Define and validate business problems and opportunities through preliminary analysis and scoping documentation.
- Map and document current and future state business processes using BPMN standards (Levels 2–5), and align with enterprise architecture and value streams.
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements (functional and non-functional)
- Manage multiple priorities across parallel initiatives and workstreams.
- Mentor and coach Business Analysts across the practice
- Ensure BA deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organisational governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
- Actively contribute to the growth and maturity of the Business Analysis Practice
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience on large enterprise programs, ideally across both regulatory and transformation initiatives, within financial services.
- Strong capability in:
- Preliminary analysis and impact assessments (including Risk & Compliance)
- Business process modelling (Levels 2–5)
- Requirements elicitation, traceability, and change management
- Stakeholder engagement and management across all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Confident workshop facilitator with experience leading structured discovery and design sessions.
