Our client, a large not for profit organisation is looking for an experienced Landscape Coordinator to lead grounds and arboriculture operations across multiple sites. Based in Western Sydney, this hands on leadership role is responsible for maintaining high-quality gardens, lawns, trees, and outdoor infrastructure. You’ll manage a team, oversee contractors, and ensure all landscape areas are safe, presentable, and maintained to a high standard.

Our client, a large not for profit organisation is looking for an experienced Landscape Coordinator to lead grounds and arboriculture operations across multiple sites. Based in Western Sydney, this hands on leadership role is responsible for maintaining high-quality gardens, lawns, trees, and outdoor infrastructure. You’ll manage a team, oversee contractors, and ensure all landscape areas are safe, presentable, and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities will be across three areas, Operations, People Management and Finance / Asset Management:
- Operations: Maintain gardens/trees; plan schedules; manage irrigation & chemicals; coordinate contractors/machinery; uphold WHS & presentation standards.
- People Management: Lead/roster/coach a team of 8; run toolboxes; recruit/onboard/train; manage performance, PPE & safety; approve leave/pay.
- Finance & Asset Management: Track budgets/spend; procure per policy; maintain asset registers/equipment; complete reports; ensure compliance.
- Cert/Diploma in Horticulture/Arboriculture (or similar).
- 3+ years leading grounds/parks teams (multi-site preferred).
- Strong WHS focus; tree management, irrigation & safe chemical use.
- Contractor management, scheduling and reporting capability.
- Driver’s licence; confident with Word/Excel and asset/tree systems.
