Job Description

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated IT Operations & Service Delivery Specialist to support a International Banks branch, regional, and head office teams by ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable IT operations. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a strong customer service approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consistent IT support and service delivery to internal users and stakeholders.
  • Understand and work effectively within the Bank’s systems, processes, and policies.
  • Maintain IT knowledge libraries to support long-term business needs.
  • Manage and maintain key IT systems, including VMware, Windows Server 2022, Active Directory/Entra, CISCO VOIP, VDI, AVD, and Intune.
  • Oversee IT security tasks such as token and certificate checks, security reporting, and patch management.
  • Handle IT asset and inventory management, including backups, restores, and access reviews.
  • Manage Service Desk operations: ticket tracking, escalation, and resolution.
  • Maintain IT documentation, status checklists, and manage an after-hours support roster.
  • Execute software and application updates, patches, and releases.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, ITSM/ITIL frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Lead incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
  • Administer IT Operations tools (Event Log Analyzer, PAM, SEIM, Vulnerability Management, etc.).
What We’re Looking For:
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., ITSM).
  • 5+ years of senior-level experience in IT Operations and Systems Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security, risk management, SDLC, and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise systems and user access management.
  • Ability to manage technical projects and provide clear IT reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
