Job Description
Position Overview: Work for a market leader in medical product distribution! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, proficiency in macro development, and a thorough understanding of inventory management principles. This role plays a vital part in maintaining optimal inventory levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
Whats in it for you?

- Competitive hourly rate $39 - $45 per hour
- Early starts 4am (lots of overtime available!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring they align with company standards.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and macros to streamline inventory reporting and data analysis.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and improve accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
- Generate detailed reports related to picking performance, and stock discrepancies.
- Identify issues related to inventory management and propose effective solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members on inventory practices and Excel tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members across other departments.
