Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and maximise growth opportunities within existing and new markets and channels.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution - support of the International Growth Specialist.
- Collaborate with software engineering and product development teams to align products with market demands.
- Work closely with the International Growth Specialist and Founder to execute the export market strategies
- Build and maintain strong partnership relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to commercialisation of technology and innovations to increase revenue potential
- Spend a considerable amount of time traveling overseas to engage with large customers and partners, attend trade shows, and evaluate new market opportunities (1 trip per quarter after 3 month orientation)
About you:
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Experience in export market development and international business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally
