About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Internal Sales & Customer Support Representative to join a friendly and fast paced team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers providing solutions, managing orders and building strong lasting relationships.
You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, create accurate quotes and help drive growth through outstanding customer service and proactive communication.

- Respond to customer enquiries with prompt, effective solutions
- Make outbound calls to strengthen existing relationships and identify new sales opportunities
- Use inventory systems to confirm product availability and process orders accurately
- Prepare quotes and ensure high attention to detail throughout the order cycle
- Resolve customer issues before escalation and ensure satisfaction
- Promote new products and identify up sell or cross-sell opportunities
- Provide support to other areas of the business as needed
