Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join a dynamic organization based on Sydney’s North Shore. This permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary and bonus structure. - IT Environment Management: Oversee and manage the organization’s entire IT landscape, ensuring smooth operations, security, and performance across all infrastructure, including SAP and Salesforce systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to understand requirements and drive IT initiatives that support business objectives.
- Change Management: Lead and implement change management processes for IT system updates and improvements, including communication strategies, training, and user adoption.
- Systems Implementation & Maintenance: Ensure the successful rollout and ongoing management of critical platforms like Salesforce, and maintain existing SAP and Windows-based systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT systems and processes, providing recommendations for optimization and efficiencies.
- Proven experience in an all-round IT Manager or Business Partner role, with a strong focus on managing IT infrastructure and systems.
- Expertise in Salesforce and SAP implementation and ongoing management.
- Solid experience with Windows-based environments and related technologies.
- Strong change management skills, including planning, communication, and execution.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to drive IT projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
