The Role
As Data Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day data operations while leading the design and delivery of a new enterprise data platform. You’ll ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility — supporting critical reporting, analytics, and business insight needs.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily data operations and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and reporting pipelines.
- Collaborate with solution architects and vendors to deliver a new data platform.
- Manage data migration and integration across multiple agencies.
- Act as the go-to expert for insurance data, reporting, and governance.
- Proven experience in data management within the general insurance sector.
- Deep understanding of insurance data models (policies, claims, brokers, premiums).
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL, Power BI, and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure/Fabric preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a delivery-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years’ relevant experience.
- Be at the forefront of a major data transformation.
