We are working with a growing agency that delivers high-quality solutions for well-known brands and fast-scaling businesses. They are seeking a commercially minded Growth & Partnerships Manager to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand their partner network.

About the Role
This is a sales-led position with a focus on building new business, nurturing existing accounts, and leveraging strategic partnerships to drive long-term success. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll develop and execute growth strategies that combine outbound sales initiatives, partnership development, and account expansion.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach and business development campaigns.
  • Build strong partnerships with technology and channel providers, driving qualified referrals and joint initiatives.
  • Identify ways to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic client engagement.
  • Create tailored proposals, pitches, and sales materials that win new business.
  • Represent the agency at workshops, webinars, and partner-led events that drive brand visibility and pipeline growth.
  • Track and manage pipeline activity, providing accurate forecasting and revenue visibility to the leadership team.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in a services, creative, or digital environment.
  • A track record of securing new business and growing existing client revenue.
  • Experience working with partners, vendors, or alliances to generate commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and present at senior levels.
  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to connect client needs to tailored solutions.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and motivated by growth.
