Day shift (6am-2pm) and Afternoon shift (2pm-10pm) available
 
Day shift offering $33ph + SUPER and Afternoon shift offering $39ph + SUPER
 
Our client based in the Northmead location is getting extremely busy and is currently in need of MULTIPLE Gluing and Die Cutting Operators to start work ASAP on an ongoing full-time basis.

Duties of the role:  

• Mix and prepare glue for production.
• Set up and operate gluing, sealing, and die cutting machines.
• Align materials accurately for cutting or bonding.
• Adjust machine settings (e.g., temperature, pressure, glue amount, speed) based on job specs.
• Load materials and refill machine supplies as needed.
• Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance.
• Run test batches and inspect finished products for quality.
• Record production data, including quantities, measurements, and sample tags.
• Move and label completed loads for the next production stage.
• Hand-strip materials when required, ensuring clean, accurate cuts.
• Read and follow work orders, coordinating with team members.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist technicians or die room staff when needed
