The Job
We are hiring for a growing ANZ consultancy and software delivery team supporting organisations to improve their processes, optimise operations, and implement systems that enable scalable growth.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across Australia delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Wiise, and related technologies. You will take ownership of functional delivery from initial discovery through to build and implementation. This includes facilitating workshops across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, and Production, translating business needs into structured functional designs, and supporting configuration, data mapping, and testing activities.
You will be responsible for building and demonstrating prototypes, documenting design decisions, identifying gaps or required extensions, and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout the delivery lifecycle. The role also involves supporting UAT, reviewing training materials, responding to functional queries, and mentoring junior team members. A strong focus on best-practice delivery and localisation standards, including Wiise, is essential.

Who are you?
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essiential
- Typically 3–5 years in a functional delivery role, with the ability to independently run a project from day one
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and producing clear functional documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend practical, effective solutions
- Confidence managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with business users
- Experience delivering training and providing ongoing system support
- Exposure to Power BI or Power Apps is advantageous
- Broader experience across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem is a bonus
- Prior client-facing delivery experience
