Full Stack Developer | Hybrid | $120K - $135K + Super 

I’m currently partnering with a well-established digital platform based in the Sydney CBD that is dedicated to creating meaningful online interactions. My client is a small but ambitious team focused on innovation and delivering positive user experiences.
They are now looking for a Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer to lead their front-end and contribute to back-end development. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in architecting and implementing new features, optimising existing code, and ensuring the scalability and performance of their platform.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across React and React Native on the front end, along with solid experience in Node.js on the back end. Strong front-end engineering capability and experience building modern, high-performing user interfaces are essential.

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years of React development experience
• Strong experience with React Native
• Solid experience with Node.js for back-end development
• Solid experience with AWS cloud configuration or exposure to DevOps
• Proven experience delivering production-grade applications
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder collaboration
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Next.js or similar frameworks
• GraphQL or REST API experience
• MUI or similar React component libraries
• Styled-components, Emotion, or other CSS-in-JS libraries
• Experience working within fast-growing businesses and contributing to scaling efforts
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Open-mindedness and willingness to embrace new technologies and ideas

Desirable Skills:

• Deeper experience with React Native
• Familiarity with Apollo GraphQL client & API
• Experience with unit or integration testing for React and/or React Native
