Working on behalf of our client who are known for delivering top-tier luxury residential and remedial projects across Sydneys Northern Beaches down to the Sutherland Shire.
They are in a rapid growth phase looking to double in size and offer career development opportunities to those looking to grow into a Site Supervisor or Project Manager position. 

Job Description:
They are looking for a highly skilled and team player who has previous experience as a leading hand/foreman to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
If you have a passion for high-end residential construction and have had exposure to remedial work this role could be for you!
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the expertise to deliver excellent results on every project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and tradespeople on high-end residential and remedial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of carpentry work.
• Perform and oversee high-quality carpentry work, including framing, cabinetry, finishing, and custom installations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Mentor and train junior carpenters, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Certificate 3 in Carpentry (Cert 4 is preferred but not mandatory)
• White Card
• Full Drivers License 
• Previous experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter/Foreman

Skills/Experience:

• Strong background in remedial construction and repair projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
