As the Exhibitor Services Manager, you will be the key point of contact for exhibitors, ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and stress-free. You’ll work hands-on from initial enquiry through to event delivery, helping exhibitors access the products and services they need to succeed. As the Exhibitor Services Manager, you will be the key point of contact for exhibitors, ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and stress-free. You’ll work hands-on from initial enquiry through to event delivery, helping exhibitors access the products and services they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage exhibitor orders from enquiry through to invoicing using exhibition and hire software (e.g. HirePOS or similar).
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Monitor event performance and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure marketing materials remain current and effective.
- Support Sales and Account Managers with pre- and post-event activities, including research, reporting, and client engagement.
- Coordinate with the print department to manage artwork approvals and production timelines.
- Provide hands-on support to the wider team to ensure successful event delivery.
- Experience coordinating exhibitions or events (small to large scale) is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Confident using hire, stock control, or exhibition management software.
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get hands-on.
