Event Administrator – Event Hire Company
One of our clients is seeking an Event Administrator to join their dynamic event hire company, working across weddings, brand activations, and exhibitions. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for the events industry.
About the Role: As an Event Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team with general operations and administration tasks, ensuring the smooth delivery of events. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across multiple events, including weddings, brand activations, and exhibitions
Manage and update CRM systems and event documentation
Assist with booking logistics, supplier coordination, and event schedules
Handle customer inquiries and provide high-level support to clients
Ensure all event details are accurately recorded and communicated to the team
Support day-to-day office operations and assist with event preparation
About You:
Some experience in administration or event support
Comfortable using CRM systems or eager to learn
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive and highly organized with a can-do attitude
