Event Administrator – Event Hire Company

About the Role: As an Event Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team with general operations and administration tasks, ensuring the smooth delivery of events. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across multiple events, including weddings, brand activations, and exhibitions

  • Manage and update CRM systems and event documentation

  • Assist with booking logistics, supplier coordination, and event schedules

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide high-level support to clients

  • Ensure all event details are accurately recorded and communicated to the team

  • Support day-to-day office operations and assist with event preparation

About You:

  • Some experience in administration or event support
