Role: Support Worker
Location: Melbourne 
Position Type: Casual 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support and care to NDIS participants in their daily activities
  • Encourage and support individuals in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and participant progress
Requirements:
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Certification
  • Own reliable transport and current driver's license 
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care
