  • Build, maintain, and improve BI dashboards and backend reporting systems (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.).
  • Apply data science and predictive analytics to anticipate maintenance needs and prevent equipment failures.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for decision-makers, including trend analysis, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive adoption of data-driven processes across the refinery, educating teams on the value of analytics.
  • Work with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Science, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or refinery operations.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for predictive analytics or machine learning (advantageous).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence teams and drive change.
  • Experience with operational data, maintenance scheduling, or asset management is highly desirable.
What We Offer:
  • Opportunity to drive digital transformation at a major refinery.
  • Exposure to a wide range of operational and maintenance processes.
  • A collaborative, safety-first, and innovative work environment.
