Cyber Security Analyst 
Sydney | $90K + Super + Bonus | Hybrid 

We’re working with a fast-moving, forward-thinking organisation that’s investing heavily in its security capability. They’re looking for a Junior Cyber Security Administrator to join their Sydney team.

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work on protecting networks, systems, and cloud environments, collaborating with internal IT teams and external partners. Key areas include:

• Monitoring network traffic and identifying suspicious activity
  
  
• Administering firewalls, VPNs, and SASE tools (with training provided)
  
  
• Supporting identity and access management
  
  
• Assisting with vulnerability assessments and audits
  
  
• Responding to security incidents and helping mitigate threats
  
  
• Gaining exposure to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and APRA 234
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years’ experience in IT or cyber security
  
  
• Knowledge of security tools such as firewalls, VPNs, or EDR solutions
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  
  
• Willingness to learn across multiple domains
  
  
• Advantageous: exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) or certifications such as Security+
