About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our steel roofing team based in Silverwater. This is a hands-on, trade-facing role suited to someone with a practical, problem-solving mindset who enjoys working with builders and tradespeople.
No prior steel or roofing experience is required — full training will be provided. What’s most important is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to confidently communicate with trade customers!

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist walk-in trade customers
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and technical support to builders and trades
- Understand customer requirements and help visualise what they are trying to achieve
- Prepare orders and documentation based on customer specifications
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Assist with basic accounts-related tasks
- Use SAP and other internal systems (training provided)
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with trade customers
- Practical, logical thinker with good numerical and problem-solving ability
- Able to visualise measurements, layouts, and building requirements
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role (phone and in-person)
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
