About the Role We are a well-established distributor and manufacturer within the pest control industry, seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and freight carriers via phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Track orders and provide updates as required
- Manage returns and damaged goods
- Maintain and update customer records
- Invoicing and order checking
- Assist with month-end accounting tasks
- Maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships
- Provide support to Technical Service and Outside Sales teams
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a CSR role
- Attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Genuine desire to help people
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsive and reliable
- Team player who works well with colleagues at all levels
