A trusted brand servicing individuals, families and community, is seeking a like minded individual to join their team as a CRM Specialist to become a subject matter expert for their inhouse CRM system. You will be aligned to their goals of providing compassion, respect and empathy and assist with providing support to internal employees and external clients. 

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, Communications & Marketing you will:

• Liaise with users with the CRM system
• Respond to, document and resolve user issues where capable
• Communicate system Customer Service requirements, and where neccesary demonstrate how a function should work
• Communicate new requirements to users and oversee new updates
• Provide training and support to Customer Service staff

Hours: 30 hours per week - permanent part time
Hourly Rate: $52.18 per hour

About You:

• High level of oral and written communication capability
• Innovative ideas and an ability to introduce new ideas
• Sound computer skills including CRM systems, Microsoft Suite and other online applications
• Experience in training others, strong customer service skills
• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
