Perth, Western Australia | Full Time | 100% Onsite

You’ll be joining a major education and research organisation. Their Facilities Services team oversees strategic planning, facilities operations, property management, sustainability initiatives, major capital projects, security, and landscaping services.
About the Role
Reporting to the Business Services Manager / Facilities Manager, you will provide high-level contract administration support across a variety of service contracts. Working under broad direction, you’ll ensure accurate contract records, maintain compliance, manage risks, and help drive value for money throughout the contract lifecycle.
This role collaborates closely with Finance, Procurement, and Facilities Services teams to support operational efficiency, sustainability, and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, records, correspondence, and reports
- Support the preparation, review, negotiation, and implementation of new and revised contract terms, service levels, and financial obligations
- Track contract performance, manage amendments, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
- Arrange and support contract performance review meetings, including documentation and follow-up actions
- Identify, record, and communicate potential contract risks
- Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial reporting for contracts
- Process invoices, variation claims, final payments, and other contract-related financial matters
- Prepare briefing notes, contract variations, evaluations, and performance reports
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes and service delivery
- Experience in contract administration, procurement, finance, contract law, supply chain, or similar (or equivalent capability)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to review and analyse contract documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Understanding of contract management principles and compliance requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and deadlines
- Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- 6-month duration
- Full-time, 100% Onsite
- Based on-site with a collaborative Facilities Services team
