We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift Operators to join a leading cold storage and logistics operation based in Truganina. These are ongoing opportunities with consistent hours for operators who are reliable, safety-focused, and confident working in temperature-controlled environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE You will be working across chiller (0–3°C) and freezer (-23°C) environments, responsible for:

• Operating High Reach and/or Counterbalance forklifts
  
  
• Stock putaway and replenishment
  
  
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
  
  
• RF scanning and picking (including part picks)
  
  
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping
  
  

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Valid LF Forklift Licence
  
  
• Proven experience on High Reach and/or Counterbalance
  
  
• Experience with double deep racking or slipsheet/push plate attachments (highly regarded)
  
  
• Ability and willingness to work in cold and freezer conditions
  
  
• Recent Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• References covering the last 2 years
  
  
• Reliable transport
  
  
• Ability to source and wear required PPE, including freezer-rated jacket and pants
  
  

PAY & ALLOWANCES 💰 $40 – $50 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
- Freezer allowance paid when working in freezer conditions
(All rates paid in line with the applicable Award)
