We're recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a national supplier operating across the construction space, delivering innovative solutions to commercial and residential space.
In this role, you’ll combine new business development with key account management owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to conversion and client retention.
You’ll work in partnership with internal sales and technical support teams to ensure your customers receive the highest standard of service.

We're recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a national supplier operating across the construction space, delivering innovative solutions to commercial and residential space.
In this role, you’ll combine new business development with key account management owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to conversion and client retention.
You’ll work in partnership with internal sales and technical support teams to ensure your customers receive the highest standard of service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own pipeline of opportunities across 30, 60, and 90+ day windows, with regular forecasting and sales reporting
- Build and maintain face-to-face client relationships across your designated territory
- Partner closely with internal account and project sales teams to optimise deal conversion
- Educate clients and prospects on product value and application, delivering presentations where needed
- Maintain and update all sales activity and client touchpoints using CRM tools
- Previous experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the construction, industrial, or building products sector
- Confident communicator both over the phone and in-person with a high level of professionalism
- Able to juggle multiple priorities, manage your own calendar and remain highly responsive to customer needs
- Tech-savvy with a practical understanding of CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in learning technical product knowledge
