About the Role
The BDM will drive revenue growth by targeting new business opportunities and managing existing corporate and MICE accounts.
This is a hands-on, proactive sales role ideally suited for someone who thrives in hospitality and has a strong network in the events and corporate travel sectors.

This is a hands-on, proactive sales role ideally suited for someone who thrives in hospitality and has a strong network in the events and corporate travel sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, particularly within the MICE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organisers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular sales calls and client meetings.
- Collaborate with the General Manager, revenue and marketing teams to deliver against occupancy and revenue targets.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, networking opportunities and trade shows.
- Assist with RFPs, tenders and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activity and conversions through CRM tools.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within hospitality, hotels or event management.
- Strong background in MICE or corporate accommodation sales.
- Confident communicator with a proactive and relationship-driven sales approach.
- Comfortable working independently and reporting sales activity against targets.
- Able to work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
