Job Description
One of our Melbourne based clients within Financial Services is looking for a talented Business Analyst to come on board for an initial 6 month contract, with the chance of extension afterwards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough analysis of existing roster scheduling & associated processes to identify opportunities for standardisation and optimisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detailed understanding of data and workflows
- Work with the business owners and subject matter experts to actively translate optimisation plans and stakeholder information into business and solution requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new workflows
- Highlight conflicts and issues within stakeholder requirements, identify potential options to address and present at Scheduling Working Group for resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of business process modelling and schedule optimisation
- Extensive experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Developing / input to Rostering Guidelines, Processes & Procedures
- Acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of solutions
- Providing guidance and training to team members on process improvements and new systems
- Support User Acceptance Training if require
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Rostering project experience
- Data Analysis experience (preferred, not essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Business Process Modelling Certification(s) (BPMN)
