Business Analyst - Finance Transformation - 6 Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support finance transformation initiatives within a leading banking environment. The role focuses on driving process improvements, system enhancements, and ERP implementations across finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for finance transformation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to ensure alignment of business needs with system capabilities.
• Support ERP system implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to change management activities.
• Liaise with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting, budgeting).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in finance transformation, system implementations, or process reengineering projects.
