Senior Business Analyst - Initial 6 months contract - $800-850 per day - Hybrid working - Sydney Based 

Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our insurance client in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM), with hands-on experience in Smart Communications (SmartComms) preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document business requirements for CCM initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve and automate customer communication processes.
• Support design, testing, and implementation of CCM solutions, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system specifications.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in CCM platforms, ideally SmartComms.
• Solid business analysis experience in the insurance domain.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with process improvement and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
