Job Description

Role Overview A fast-growing technology consultancy is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to serve as a key client-facing technical lead. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution—designing, building, and delivering advanced backend services and AI solutions across multiple client engagements.

This position is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert into a permanent role within 3 to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical lead across 2–3 simultaneous client engagements in diverse sectors (including Healthcare and specialized domain services).

  • Solution Architecture: Translate complex business needs into clear, scalable technical architectures, with a heavy focus on forward-deployed systems, backend services, and Agentic AI.

  • Offshore Engineering Management: Oversee, mentor, and communicate daily with an offshore engineering team (7–8 engineers) to ensure seamless delivery and high technical standards.

  • Delivery Oversight: Drive daily standups, track technical milestones, and maintain strong momentum across engineering deliverables.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Confidently articulate technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical client stakeholders.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
  • Technical Stack Expertise: Hands-on proficiency across JavaScript (Full Stack), Python, FastAPI, and Agentic AI frameworks.

  • Consulting / Agency Background: Demonstrated experience in a service-based, consultancy, or agency environment handling multiple client accounts concurrently.

  • Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong, approachable client-facing personality.

  • Offshore Delivery Management: Proven track record of guiding and coordinating offshore engineering teams to successful outcomes.

  • Hybrid Work Availability: Ability to work from the main office location alongside regular on-site client visits (typically once a week).
