Production Die Setter / Injection Moulder – Afternoon Shift - Full Time - Permanent 

Location: Fairfield, NSW
Pay Rate: $$45 per hour + 15% Afternoon Shift Loading + super

We're currently seeking an experienced Production Die Setter / Injection Moulder to join a well-established manufacturing team on a permanent afternoon shift in the Fairfield area. 

Afternoon Shift Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 2:15 pm – 10:45 pm
• Friday: 11:45 am – 5:45 pm

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for setting and operating injection moulding machines, carrying out die changes, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining efficient production.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Die Setter or Injection Moulder
• Experience operating Arburg injection moulding machines is highly regarded
• Experience within medical device manufacturing is highly desirable
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
