Forklift Driver / Order Picker (Temp to Perm) - Smithfield
 
Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a long-term opportunity? We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver / Order Picker to join a busy warehouse operation in Smithfield. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position offering stability for the right candidate.
 
The Role:

• Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), Monday to Friday.
• Smithfield, NSW.
• Temp-to-Perm opportunity.
• Immediate start

Your Responsibilities:

• Operating counterbalance forklifts.
• Order picking and pallet stacking.
• Utilizing RF scanners for inventory accuracy.
• General manual handling and warehouse duties.

What You Need:

• Current Forklift License (LF).
• Demonstrable experience with counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.
• Proven ability in manual handling and pallet stacking.
• Experience with RF scanning in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to secure permanent employment.
