Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Ingleburn, is currently seeking experienced Sheet Metal Fabricators and Welders to join their growing afternoon shift team.
Please note: Successful candidates must be available to train on the Day Shift first before transitioning to the Afternoon Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricators: Operating brake press machines, metal bending, grinding, polishing, and general sheet metal fabrication.
• Welders: High-quality welding, reading drawings, and ensuring precise fabrication work.

What You Need:

• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication or structural welding.
• Ability to safely operate a brake press and hand tools (grinders/polishers).
• Valid Welding Tickets and strong welding experience (for welding roles).
• Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to complete initial training on the day shift.
• Long term, temp to perm position

Fabricators: $35.00/hr (Day) | $40.25/hr (Afternoon) + Super
Welders: $42.00/hr (Day) | $48.30/hr (Afternoon) + Super
