SENIOR SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST | SALESFORCE SALES CLOUD, SERVICE CLOUD & FSL | $115,000 - $130,000 + SUPER | SYDNEY OR MELBOURNE | HYBRID 3 DAYS ONSITE

Sirius Technology is working with a leading Healthcare organisation undergoing a major Salesforce transformation. Due to a significant new deployment project, they are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in bridging business strategy with technical delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).

This is an opportunity to join at a critical stage of growth where you will influence the future-state Salesforce ecosystem, work closely with senior stakeholders, and help deliver meaningful outcomes for healthcare professionals and patients.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, improving operational processes, and driving platform adoption. You will work within a lean, high-performing team and be expected to contribute from day one across a large-scale Salesforce deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional delivery of a brand-new Salesforce implementation with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL)
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and automation
  • Use Excel, Tableau, and/or PowerBI to interpret business data and provide actionable insights
  • Facilitate workshops, user story grooming, UAT, and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Support the optimisation of customer journeys across healthcare professionals, patients, and internal users
Skills

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Functional Consultant
  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • End-to-end Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) deployment experience is essential
  • Advanced Excel skills alongside experience using Tableau and/or PowerBI
  • Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Previous experience within Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated industries is highly desirable
