Job Description
We are partnering with leading electrical contractors managing fast-paced commercial office, high-rise, and retail fit-out projects right across the Sydney CBD. We have immediate starts available for skilled, licensed tradespeople who are eager to secure stable hours, competitive pay, and long-term project pipelines.

- Commercial Fit-Out Operations: Execute comprehensive electrical rough-in and fit-out tasks across high-end multi-story corporate offices and retail structures, adapting overseas experience to local site requirements.
- Containment & Infrastructure Routing: Install specialized commercial containment networks, including conduits, high-capacity cable trays, catenary wire networks, and heavy-duty ladder racks.
- Power, Data & Comms Integration: Safely pull, route, neatly tie, and terminate multi-core sub-mains, general power circuits, and dedicated data/communications cabling infrastructures.
- Architectural Lighting & Automated Controls: Mount and fit-off high-end architectural fixtures, commercial floor boxes, and automated lighting sensors, with a specialised focus on wiring and configuring DALI emergency and lighting control systems.
- Distribution Boards & Switchboards: Assist in the structural installation, modification, and high-precision, neat termination of main commercial distribution boards.
- Compliance Testing & Diagnostics: Conduct mandatory fault-finding and diagnostics on newly installed systems, including continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and polarity checks to ensure full operational safety.
- Trade Qualification: Recognised overseas electrical trade qualification
- Licensing: Must hold a valid NSW Fair Trading Electrical License (Accepting both Full License holders and those on the Restricted/Supervised transitional pathway).
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of commercial electrical experience (local or international), ideally with a strong focus on office fit-outs, lighting networks, and power distribution.
- Tools: Own comprehensive electrical hand tools and 18V battery-operated power tools (drills, drivers, testers).
- Work Rights: Valid Australian working rights with unrestricted hours (e.g., Working Holiday Visa, TSS 482, Permanent Residency).
- NSW Construction White Card (General Construction Induction)
