Role: Field Service Technician
Location: Western & Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne VIC
Salary: $96,000 inclusive of super + company vehicle + fuel card
Type: Full time (Monday-Friday) 

Role Purpose

We are seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to join a growing and supportive team servicing customer sites across Melbourne’s Western and Eastern suburbs.

This role is responsible for carrying out service, repair, maintenance and troubleshooting work on a range of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance on customer equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
• Repair and replace damaged or faulty components
• Test equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Complete service reports, repair documentation and timesheets
• Manage service calls and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

What You’ll Need

• Previous field service or maintenance experience
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
• Mechanical, electrical or hydraulic experience
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
