- Sworn Officers and Detectives.
- Internal Project and Procurement teams.
- Logistics and deployment personnel.
- End-to-End Rollout: Take hands-on ownership of the deployment phase, ensuring technology and assets are delivered on time and on budget.
- Stakeholder Integration: Act as the primary bridge between the technical procurement teams, logistics handlers, and the frontline police officers receiving the technology.
- Project Governance: Manage project budgets, maintain schedules, and track deployment milestones within a fast-moving environment.
- Operational Delivery: Move the project smoothly through the implementation lifecycle, solving logistical bottlenecks proactively.
- The "Right" Seniority: A seasoned Project Coordinator looking to step up, or an operational Junior PM who loves being "hands-on" rather than just managing from a spreadsheet.
- Exceptional Soft Skills: You must be resilient, thick-skinned, highly engaging, and capable of building instant rapport with police officers and logistics teams alike.
- Delivery Focus: Proven track record of managing technology rollouts or high-volume asset deployments.
- Autonomy: A self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding and can navigate a sophisticated project structure under the guidance of the Program Head.
- Prior experience contracting within Government, Emergency Services, or heavily unionised environments.
- Strong understanding of government procurement and logistics workflows.
