The Opportunity
Join a leading Campus Management team in a high-impact, roving role. As a Campus Services Officer, you will be the "boots on the ground" contact for building maintenance, ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, and operationally excellent across multiple portfolios.
The Role
- Maintenance Coordination: Manage reactive and planned preventative maintenance to ensure all facilities are structurally and electrically sound.
- Contractor Management: Oversight of in-house trades and external contractors, including cleaning and waste services.
- Asset Audits: Conduct monthly building and space utilisation audits to optimise campus life.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Provide expert advice to staff and act as the primary liaison for estate-related services.
- Incident Response: Plan for and manage service disruptions to keep the campus running smoothly.
The Requirements
- Trade Background: Qualifications in a relevant trade or substantial equivalent experience in building coordination.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of BCA, Australian Standards, and OHS regulations.
- System Savvy: Proficiency in CMMS (Maximo preferred) and general office software.
- Communication: Ability to interact positively with a diverse campus community and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Must be: An Australian Citizen or have Full Work rights and be willing to undergo a Police Check.
The Details
- Contract: 6 months (Full-Time), 100% Onsite.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
- Location: Nedlands, Western Australia
