Join a fast-paced and collaborative team supporting infrastructure, maintenance and asset operations across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone highly organised who enjoys coordinating contractors, tracking projects and keeping operations running smoothly.

You will be responsible for managing work orders, scheduling maintenance activities, coordinating contractors and equipment, maintaining accurate records and supporting project documentation and reporting. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating maintenance tasks, contractor schedules and work orders
  • Tracking project deadlines, follow-ups and asset records
  • Assisting with procurement, invoices and compliance documentation
  • Liaising with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives
  • Maintaining accurate documentation across multiple sites
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in administration or coordination roles, ideally within infrastructure, maintenance, construction or assets
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience with maintenance, procurement, CRM or work order systems highly regarded
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Exposure to project documentation, progress claims or milestone payments
  • Project Management qualifications or training
  • Ability to interpret construction or technical documentation
