Key Responsibilities
- Complex Technical Analysis: Elicit, analyse, and document deep technical requirements for large-scale superannuation and wealth products.
- Journey Mapping: Lead the technical design of "retirement journeys," identifying and solving roadblocks within the wealth ecosystem.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between digital front-end squads and legacy core systems (Mainframe).
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between business product owners and various third-party technical delivery partners.
- Functional Specs: Translate complex superannuation legislation and business rules into functional specifications for .NET and Mainframe engineering teams.
- Industry Tenure: 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst within Financial Services.
- Domain Expertise: Proven, deep-domain knowledge of Superannuation and Wealth Management is essential.
- Specialist Knowledge: Specific experience working on Retirement or Pension products (e.g., accumulation to pension transitions, income streams, or pension phase logic).
- Technical Environment: Prior exposure to Mainframe environments or complex legacy registries is highly regarded.
- Delivery Background: Experience working within a multi-vendor environment and a strong understanding of the SDLC in a .NET/Web context.
