You’ll operate within a scaled Agile environment (SAFe / Scrum of Scrums), working closely with delivery teams while aligning into structured program-level reporting.
Reporting into senior delivery leadership, you’ll play a key role in driving delivery outcomes, improving team performance, and ensuring consistency across squads.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies across 1–3 squads (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, showcases)
- Drive day-to-day delivery outcomes, ensuring teams meet sprint commitments
- Identify and remove blockers, managing dependencies across teams
- Support backlog refinement and prioritisation with Product Owners
- Provide clear and structured delivery reporting into program governance
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuously improve delivery maturity
- Collaborate with engineering, BA, and change teams to support end-to-end delivery
- 5-10 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master within Agile environments in insurance or financial services (Essential)
- Exposure to scaled delivery models (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, multi-squad)
- Experience working on software development initiatives
- Experience working within structured governance/reporting frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across delivery and product teams
- Experience within platform or large-scale transformation programs (highly desirable)
