SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST | SALESFORCE, HEALTH CLOUD, SQL | PERM OR FTC | MELBOURNE | HYBRID

Sirius Technology is working with a client delivering impactful, large-scale solutions across Australia. We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Salesforce Health Cloud experience to act as the bridge between clinical/business stakeholders and technology teams.
In this role, you will drive the delivery of patient-centric digital solutions, leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud to improve care coordination, patient engagement, and clinical outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful, national-scale healthcare initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with clinicians, product owners, and technical teams to gather Salesforce Health Cloud requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items within Agile delivery teams
• Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” healthcare workflows, aligning them with Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities
• Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams
• Support data analysis and reporting, ensuring accurate patient and clinical data insights
• Coordinate UAT for Salesforce solutions, including test case creation and defect management

Skills

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with Health Cloud
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows  
• Experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile environments
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process maps
