About the Role

We are partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undertaking a firm-wide remediation program. The program is focused on strengthening risk management frameworks, organisational culture, and leadership succession, and requires a Senior Program Lead to drive delivery and shape how progress is defined and reported. This is a highly visible and strategic role, operating across multiple senior stakeholder groups. You will act as the central connector across the business, ensuring alignment and building a clear narrative that demonstrates progress against global expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end remediation program, ensuring alignment to global requirements
  • Define and shape the program structure, scope, and deliverables
  • Act as the central point of coordination across:
    • Risk & compliance teams
    • HR / culture functions
    • Executive leadership and Board stakeholders
  • Develop clear, compelling reporting and narratives to demonstrate progress and outcomes
  • Establish and run program governance, including:
    • Milestones, tracking, reporting, and feedback loops
  • Navigate complex organisational dynamics, aligning multiple stakeholders without disrupting ownership
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums
Experience Required
  • Proven experience leading large-scale regulatory or remediation programs
  • Strong background in Financial Services or complex regulated environments
  • Experience delivering risk, compliance, or AML / financial crime initiatives
  • Operated at Director / Senior Program Manager level
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Work across complex, matrixed organisations
    • Influence senior executive stakeholders
    • Bring structure to ambiguous, high-pressure environments
  • Strong program governance experience (planning, RAID, reporting, steering committees)
