Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end remediation program, ensuring alignment to global requirements
- Define and shape the program structure, scope, and deliverables
- Act as the central point of coordination across:
- Risk & compliance teams
- HR / culture functions
- Executive leadership and Board stakeholders
- Develop clear, compelling reporting and narratives to demonstrate progress and outcomes
- Establish and run program governance, including:
- Milestones, tracking, reporting, and feedback loops
- Navigate complex organisational dynamics, aligning multiple stakeholders without disrupting ownership
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums
- Proven experience leading large-scale regulatory or remediation programs
- Strong background in Financial Services or complex regulated environments
- Experience delivering risk, compliance, or AML / financial crime initiatives
- Operated at Director / Senior Program Manager level
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Work across complex, matrixed organisations
- Influence senior executive stakeholders
- Bring structure to ambiguous, high-pressure environments
- Strong program governance experience (planning, RAID, reporting, steering committees)
