Job Title: Infrastructure Contracts Administrator
Direct Reports: None
Status: Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 per week + overtime
Location: Across 3 sites in Western & South-West Sydney
Salary: $100,000 + super (vehicle included)

Role Purpose:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure, construction, and capital works contracts
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
  • Support site development, landscaping, and project planning
  • Work across multiple sites to support operations
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain safe, well-presented grounds
  • Support planning and coordination of site and project works
  • Manage contracts, variations, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and contract registers
  • Support tendering and monitor contractor performance
  • Ensure compliance, manage risks, and resolve issues
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and maintain project documentation
  • Assist with budgeting and asset management
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are compliant and maintained
  • Deliver strong customer service and support a positive team culture
  • Follow WHS policies and maintain a safe work environment
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in contract administration within infrastructure or construction
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and tendering
  • Project management experience from planning to delivery
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good problem-solving and organisational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems
  • Ability to work across multiple sites
Qualifications:

Essential:
  • Qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar
  • Contract/procurement certification
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role
  • NSW Driver’s Licence and White Card
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of regulations and safety standards
  • Experience with machinery (excavator, skid steer, etc.)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • MR/HR Licence
